General Order Information:
We, as a general rule, cannot honor special requests for order
fulfillment, such as, but not limited to: splitting orders between
two or more addresses, suspending deliveries, delaying shipments,
etc.
Credit cards will be charged on an incremental basis when each
monthly order ships.
Shipping:
All orders placed will begin shipping on the 15th of the following
month unless other wise specified. Shipping will continue on a monthly
basis until the length of the club membership is completed.
Shipping charges are included in the price for shipments to the
continental US. There are extra charges for shipping to Alaska and
Hawaii. Due to the time-sensative nature of the product we are shipping,
we cannot ship to international or APO/FPO addresses.
Credit will not be given for returns due to undeliverable addresses.
Returns:
It is our desire that the customer enjoys our offerings, and we
will do our best to process our orders effeciently. If, however,
a customer is unsatified with our product or the way it is presented,
we will work on an individual basis to make amends. Please contect
